BNF Type Torque Amplifier Series
The BNF Type Torque Amplifier is a sophisticated hydraulic element designed to deliver substantial output torque from minimal input torque. This powerhouse comprises a distributor valve, a cycloid pin pair, and a pressure relief valve, all crafted for seamless operation, compactness, and effortless installation. It's the perfect component for applications requiring high torque, such as wheeled vehicles, large manual gates, and other machinery. The distributor valve, characterized by its open-center design, allows the power stream fluid to circulate at low pressure back to the tank when idle. Upon steering wheel engagement, fluid is channeled from the pump, transforming hydraulic energy into mechanical torque and speed. The precision control of speed is dictated by the steering wheel's rotation pace. As the steering wheel halts, the distributor valve discontinues fluid flow to the cycloid pin pair, ceasing torque amplification.
