BNF Type Torque Amplifier Series
The BNF type torque amplifier stands as a remarkable hydraulic element, engineered to deliver exceptional output torque with minimal input. Featuring a distributor valve, cycloid pin pair, and a pressure relief valve, it is designed for seamless operation, with a compact form factor and straightforward installation. Perfectly suited for wheeled vehicles, large manual gates, and any machinery demanding high torque, this amplifier truly excels. The distributor valve features an open center design, allowing the power stream fluid to circulate back to the tank at low pressure when steering is inactive. As the steering wheel is engaged, the fluid flows from the system pump via the distributor valve, converting hydraulic energy into mechanical force, driving both torque and speed. The pace of steering is dictated by the wheel's rotation rate. Once halted, the distributor valve cuts the fluid supply to the cycloid pin pair, pausing torque amplification.
