BNF Type Torque Amplifier Series
The BNF type torque amplifier, a vital hydraulic element, is engineered to deliver high output torque from minimal input torque. It incorporates a distributor valve, cycloid pin pair, and a pressure relief valve, offering seamless operation, a compact design, and straightforward installation. This versatile device is perfect for wheeled vehicles, large manual gates, and other machinery demanding high torque. The open center distributor valve ensures fluid circulation back to the tank at low pressure when steering is inactive. Upon steering wheel activation, fluid from the pump is directed through the distributor valve, converting hydraulic energy (pressure, oil flow) into mechanical energy (torque, speed). Rotation speed is dictated by the steering wheel's rate. Once the wheel stops, the distributor valve halts fluid flow to the cycloid pin pair, ceasing torque amplification.
