BNF type torque amplifier series
BNF type torque amplifier is one of the hydraulicelement, which can get high output torque with low inputtorque.lt contains a distributor valve. cycloid pin pair . anda pressure relief valve with the features of comfortableoperation, compact volume and easy installation, lt can beused in the fields of wheeled vehicle, large manual gate aswell as other machineries required high torque.Distributor valve is open center and the power streamfluid circulates through the unit back to the tank at very lowpressure when the system is not being steered. When thesteering wheel is turned, fluid is led from the steering systempump via the distributor valve to the hydraulic energy(pressure, oil flow)into mechanical energy (torque, speed).The speed is controlled by the rate of rotation of the steeringwheel. when the steering wheel been stopped rotating, thedistributor valve cuts off the fluid to the cycloid pin pair.and torque amplification is stopped.!
