BNF Type Torque Amplifier Series
Introducing the BNF Type Torque Amplifier, a distinguished hydraulic element designed to deliver impressive high output torque from minimal input torque. This state-of-the-art amplifier encompasses a distributor valve, cycloid pin pair, and a pressure relief valve, promising exceptional ease of operation, a sleek and compact design, and effortless installation. Ideal for deployment in wheeled vehicles, large manual gates, and various machinery demanding robust torque. The distributor valve boasts an open center, ensuring that when the system is inactive, the power stream fluid circulates back to the tank at minimal pressure. As the steering wheel turns, fluid is directed from the steering system pump through the distributor valve, converting hydraulic energy (pressure, oil flow) into mechanical energy (torque, speed). The speed regulation is effortlessly controlled by the rotation pace of the steering wheel. Once the steering stops, the distributor valve halts the fluid flow to the cycloid pin pair, ceasing torque amplification.
